Part of building civic capacity is working together to generate positive change. The PCAC Neighborhood Service Coordinators help to stimulate the relationship between the Bellevue/Offutt Community and the Bellevue Police Department. As a NSC, these individuals have committed themselves as volunteers within your neighborhood and community.

They are available to act as a sounding board for community policing concerns and share these issues with key contacts within the Bellevue Police Department. It is hoped that through this relationship, area neighborhoods can reduce crime and fear of crime, insure better responsiveness to Bellevue citizens and foster community engagement.
